New Summer Toys

Last week we got Mollie some new "summer" toys to have at Stu's shop. He spends a lot of time at the shop when he's home, so now that it's getting warm, we are going to try to hang out there more.

Ready to go shopping!

We got a spill-proof bottle of bubbles. It really is spill-proof! It's nice that Mollie
can play with it all by herself.

We also got Mollie a tricycle after seeing how much she liked the junky little bike at Stu's shop.

Once she saw that Stu was putting it together, she wanted to help! She was
really trying to figure out where everything went and was doing a good job
at it. She really is a lot like Stu!

The tricycle has these removable steering bars, so that a parent can push
and steer the bike if the toddler can't quite do it yet, it's really neat.

We also got sidewalk chalk.

Anyone have any ideas of other toys that would keep her occupied?!

  1. What a great idea for the parent to have a way to push from behind like that so that she feels like she is really riding the bike all by herself. That is a darling little bike. I'll bet she is enjoying the nicer weather and being able to get out and play.
