When I was pregnant with Mollie, my mom made her a quilt, and she'd like to do the same with this baby. Instead of picking fabric from Joann's, I think I'll pick one of these two "charm packs" for her to use. They are precut 5" by 5" squares. Which one is your favorite?
I think they are both adorable!! I really like the colors of Lovely.
ReplyDeleteHi Caitlin,
ReplyDeleteI reallly like the 1930's Buttercup. Which does your mom like best? They are both lovely.
Lovely seems more modern (as in, what is popular right now). The Buttercup looks more timeless. I think it depends on whether you want to do the more traditional colors or not. It might be easier to match the Buttercup, but they are both gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLove the 1930's Buttercup!
ReplyDeleteWell, I too think they're both really pretty! I like the colors of the buttercup, but some of the patterns make me go crosseyed! So my final vote would have to be the lovely just because it might be easier on the eyes of a little baby.
ReplyDeleteI love lovely, the other one seems to busy. I amsure though whatever you do is going tobe Darling!
ReplyDeletei agree with Laura Beth, the 1930s one is really busy, the "lovely" one looks more like you Caitlin
ReplyDeleteI vote Buttercup too, I LOVE the colors and patterns!
